Prices are per day & apartment.
Community residence tax of 2,50 Euro per person and night for all persons over 14 years.
Pets
For your pets we charge 10,00 Euro per day.
Payment
Please pay cash on site – up to 4.999,99 Euro – or in advance via bank transfer.
Down payment
We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 150 € or 250 € has been paid.

Arrival & Departure
On arrival, your rooms are ready for you at 2 pm – on departure day we kindly ask you to leave the apartment not later than 9:30 am.
Cancellations
In case of short-term cancellations (6 weeks before your holiday), we will retain the deposit. In case of early departure or late arrival, 100% of the agreed daily rate will be charged.
Travel cancellation insurance
We are looking forward to your coming. Nevertheless, we recommend that you take out “Cancellation Protection” as soon as you book your stay. This will cover the cancellation fees and you can look forward to your vacation without any worries. More information about costs and conclusion of the cancellation insurance you can find here.

For the purposes of the GDPR, we inform you that your data will be used and saved exclusively for processing your application and will not be disclosed or distributed to third parties.
